Adoption Requirements for Large Birds:

(Larger birds=Conure to Macaw also parrotlets)

- Complete an application 

- You must reside within 150 miles of 9010 Rosehill Rd., Lenexa, KS

- Complete Basic Bird Care 101 or Advance Bird Care Class

- A home visit that must be approved

- Three in person visits with potential bird

 

Please keep in mind that all requirements must be met in the order listed but does not guarantee that the bird will be adopted by you.

BNW reserves the right to pick the best home for each bird in their care. 

Adoption Requirements for Smaller Birds:

- You can meet our smaller birds at our facility located at 9010 Rosehill Rd., Lenexa, KS, during regular business hours.
