There are many ways to support the rescue through estate planning. The following information and sample language may help you and your advisers in crafting your will.
We strongly recommend that donors seek professional financial tax and legal advice in preparation of a Bequest or a Codicil to their Will or Trust. It is important that those documents comply wit the law of the state in which the donor resides as well as the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code governing the deduction of charitable gifts and bequests.
