Remember, less sugar and fat is always best.

  • Chilis (parrots love hot peppers!)

Grains (Cooked per label instructions)

  • Quinoa

  • Oats

  • Barley

  • Rye

  • Whole grain pasta or rice

  • Rolled Oats

  • Barley Flakes
